So rapper NBA YoungBoy had the Internet in a frenzy when a snippet of an unreleased song titled “Truth About Herpes” surfaced on the web, alleging that his baby’s mother gave him herpes. 

I am not sure why he or anyone would reveal such personal info about their health, but these days people do anything for attention.
YoungBoy stated in a particular verse:-

Since YB claimed he got the infection from ex-girlfriend/baby mama Jania Jackson, it didn’t take long for her to respond.
