American comedian and popular livestream personality BenDaDonnn brought his online audience along for the ride Sunday night when he attended HIDE VIII, one of The Bahamas’ most exclusive and highly anticipated summer pool parties.
Held in Nassau on August 16, 2026, this year’s event carried the theme “Worth the Wait”—and judging from the crowd, elaborate setup, and nonstop energy captured during Ben’s livestream, HIDE VIII appeared to live up to its name.

HIDE is an invitation-based entertainment experience that began in 2017 with a vision of introducing something different to the Bahamian party scene.
The concept is built around exclusivity and anticipation. Guests register for access, but the address of the private venue is not publicly announced beforehand. Approved attendees receive instructions and are transported to the undisclosed location, officially entering what organizers call “Hideville.”
Instead of operating as an ordinary pool party at a publicly advertised venue, HIDE makes the mystery part of the experience.
The event has grown to incorporate music, water activities, games, rides, dramatic lighting, special effects, and other entertainment elements designed to create a full day-to-night experience.
HIDE Bahamas identifies Justin, Judah, and Rashad as the co-founders behind the event.
HIDE VIII: “Worth the Wait”
HIDE VIII was held Sunday, August 16, in Nassau, New Providence. Admission was limited, and organizers advised that tickets would not be sold at the door or on the day of the event.
Guests were instructed to arrive in swimwear or appropriate pool-party attire.
Music was provided by a large lineup of Bahamian DJs, selectors, and entertainers. The advertised entertainment included Selecta 3D, Lil Giant and Pusha Jr., DJ Chilly, DJ Tank, DJ Ignite, DJ Melody and Smooth, Tiko T, DJ Fresh, AMLAK and Bubba, Onetime, 1K and Kannon.
Throughout BenDaDonnn’s livestream, viewers could see a large crowd dancing, socializing, and enjoying the carefully produced environment.
The livestream also demonstrated the growing power of online personalities in event promotion. Ben did not simply post a photograph after attending; he brought viewers inside the experience while it was happening.
Who Was in Attendance?
BenDaDonnn is presently the most prominent publicly confirmed personality seen attending HIDE VIII.
Other recognizable guests may have been present, but Ben’s presence nevertheless created a major promotional moment for HIDE. His stream introduced many viewers outside The Bahamas to an event they may not have previously known existed—and based on the reactions, the experience caught their attention.
It is always noteworthy when an international entertainer visits The Bahamas, but this moment deserves recognition for another reason: the attraction was a locally created event.
HIDE was not merely the background for Ben’s livestream. The party itself became the content.
From the crowd and music to the mystery surrounding the venue, viewers were introduced to a distinctly Bahamian entertainment experience developed and produced by Bahamians.
For HIDE Bahamas, that type of organic exposure could prove especially valuable. A livestream allows potential visitors to see the energy of an event instead of simply reading about it on a flyer.
HIDE VIII may have been invitation-only, but for one night, BenDaDonnn gave thousands of viewers a glimpse inside Hideville, and from what we saw, “Worth the Wait” was more than just a theme.
