TMZ has obtained footage recorded at Horn Island at approximately 2:23 p.m. on July 4, showing a Black male standing on the back of a boat. The man’s face is not visible, but he appears to be wearing light-blue swim trunks similar to those Nolan Wells wore earlier that day. The person who recorded the clip reportedly provided it to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, and investigators are said to be aware of it. While social-media users are attempting to identify the boat as “Big Daddy” or “Mac Daddy,” that name has not been officially confirmed. Most importantly, the video has not yet been authenticated as showing Nolan, and its timestamp does not establish his whereabouts near or after the boat’s approximately 4:31 p.m. departure.
